•Assist HP Program Manager/Coordinator on mental performance, exercise and sports psychology matters.
•Provide information on cognitive performance factors in sports, exercise, and physical activity.
•Train on goal setting, performance profiling, visualization, and planning.
•Collaborate with HP staff to enhance quality and effectiveness of mental and human performance development.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience as a cognitive performance practitioner or Sport Psychologist with military members, athletes, or tactical personnel
•U.S. Citizenship
•Master’s degree in Human Performance, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or Sport Sciences (Doctoral preferred)
•Top-Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI
•Certificate of completion of HRV training through BCIA or 1 year of high-performance HRV training experience (willing to obtain BCIA HRV within 12 months)
