  • •Manage employees and mid-level managers performing engineering and technical activities for satellite mission operations and ground systems engineering across SMS programs.
  • •Set strategy, vision, and implementation plans to provide people, processes, and tools for system engineering work scope.
  • •Ensure appropriate skill mix of systems engineers across the portfolio and guide development of business and technical strategies.
  • •Generate cost estimates and support new business proposal development for systems engineering work scope.
  • •Provide technical oversight and approval of approaches, products, and processes while acquiring resources and driving process improvements.

Key Requirements
