Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical delivery management, mentor staff, monitor timekeeping, and perform performance reviews
  • •Provide hands-on design and contribute to design tasks with the team as needed
  • •Act as Project Manager on small to medium sized discipline-specific projects and ensure delivery within budget
  • •Prepare technical specifications, feasibility studies, and lead design verification activities
  • •Coordinate interdisciplinary teams and support construction supervision, liaising with authorities and clients

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science or Engineering from an accredited University
  • •12+ years' experience within the built environment after obtainment of undergrad
  • •Professionally registered as an Engineer with ECSA
  • •Experience in all three of the main mechanical engineering disciplines (HVAC, Wet Services & Fire) will be advantageous
  • •Able to do hands-on design
