Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery at all lifecycle stages for a broad range of complex infrastructure projects and programmes across public and private sectors.
  • •Set commission strategies and challenge/set strategy to drive measurable outcomes and business growth.
  • •Ensure health, safety, and wellbeing accountability, applying CDM knowledge and acting as duty holder where required.
  • •Drive innovation and sustainability by shaping business vision/direction and identifying future stakeholder needs and challenges.
  • •Coach, mentor, and develop Project Managers and emerging leaders while building inclusive, collaborative client and industry partnerships.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience managing multiple disciplines/teams/advisors/clients on high-value, complex infrastructure projects/programmes across the lifecycle.
  • •Proven leadership capability setting standards and managing performance in ambiguous, politically challenging environments.
  • •Practical understanding of CDM and ability to apply it appropriately across teams; experience acting as duty holder.
  • •Ability to commission strategies and be accountable for health, safety, and wellbeing within your sphere of responsibility.
  • •Degree-level qualification in a management, construction or infrastructure-related subject (or equivalent experience).
