Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams of designers, engineers, and technical staff to ensure cohesive project execution.
  • •Oversee integration of design concepts with technical requirements while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • •Develop and implement design strategies and methodologies to achieve project objectives with quality and efficiency.
  • •Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex design and technical issues during the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
  • •2 years GCC experience is a plus.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of design principles, technical requirements, and industry standards across disciplines.
  • •Proficiency in project management methodologies for scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills (SAP) is required.
