•Collaborate on building software for the post-acute care platform, spanning frontend and backend to deliver high-quality features.
•Design and implement data models that map real-world clinical workflows into clean, consistent structures.
•Explore and integrate AI/LLMs to solve real business problems and improve user workflows.
•Partner with founders, engineers, and customers to shape product direction and ensure user satisfaction.
•Ship features end-to-end with measurable impact, maintaining quality and performance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 180,000 annually

•Hands-on experience with React and React Native (web, iOS, Android) and a FastAPI backend, plus familiarity with modern LLM libraries.
•Strong instincts for data modeling and how real-world workflows map into clean, consistent structures.

•Excited about AI and practical ways to apply LLMs to real business problems and to your own workflow.
•First-principles thinking, willingness to question assumptions and engage in healthy debate.
