Lead Partners in a John Lewis shop to deliver the “John Lewis difference” through outstanding customer experiences. You’ll complete operational tasks with a proactive “heads-up” approach, use systems and resources to match labour to demand, and champion key differentiators by sharing knowledge across Partners. Drive strong in-store standards (recovery, merchandising, cleanliness, accurate ticketing, and product availability), support the leadership team, and ensure everyone works safely and legally.
