Job Summary

Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to implement, support, and optimize banking technology solutions across multiple platforms. Install, configure, customize, and troubleshoot banking applications; support POCs and UAT; and help ensure EMV ADVT/MTIP certifications. Plan and manage project execution, perform root-cause analysis with permanent fixes, maintain deployment/support tools, and resolve customer issues within SLA timelines.

Key Responsibilities

•Install, configure, customize, and troubleshoot banking applications (e.g., VCP LITE/KIOSK, Probase suite, Vynamic View/Security).
•Support POCs for new products, including UAT and EMV ADVT/MTIP certifications.
•Plan, schedule, monitor, and manage projects to deliver successful business solution implementations.
•Perform root-cause analysis on escalated issues and provide permanent resolutions while meeting SLA timelines.
•Collaborate with vendor support teams and provide guidance/mentorship to junior engineers during execution and troubleshooting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.
•3–4 years of experience in the banking or BFSI technology domain.
•Strong understanding of banking applications, ATMs, and self-service terminals.
•Experience with software deployment, configuration, and maintenance.
•Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance in banking technology (EMV, MTIP, ADVT).
