Key Responsibilities

  • •Support TRM’s global GTM team with commercial agreements such as MNDAs, amendments, customer agreements, and statements of work.
  • •Review, draft, and negotiate vendor agreements and optimize the vendor procurement process.
  • •Lead legal operations initiatives that improve the Legal team’s in-house use of AI tools.
  • •Streamline internal legal review processes to reduce administrative tasks.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure commercial agreements meet speed, clarity, and compliance needs as TRM scales.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years at a top law firm or high-growth technology company.
  • •J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school with current bar admission in at least one U.S. state.
  • •Experience supporting a fast-paced, dynamic sales function and cross-functional collaboration.
  • •Experience negotiating technical vendor and SaaS agreements; public sector procurement exposure is a plus.
  • •Demonstrate executive presence and strong communication while meeting tight deadlines with high-quality work product.
