Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise global BESS engineering delivery teams for PMS, Green Hydrogen, Giga Factory engineering, and workforce planning.
  • •Drive project planning, coordination, and execution within the global organization.
  • •Review RFPs/RFQs and develop overall technical scope, compliance matrices, deviations, BOM, and cost/labor estimates for proposals.
  • •Conduct BESS feasibility studies, power system studies, and ROI/GHG emission reduction calculations.
  • •Act as microgrid controls and electrical SCADA subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and mentoring for complex power/control schemes and deployments; support factory testing and field start-ups as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years technical experience delivering electrical projects (e.g., BESS, PMS, microgrids, microgrid controls).
  • •5+ years experience as a technical or business development lead responsible for electrical project delivery (e.g., BESS and microgrid controls).
  • •5 years Engineering Lead/LE experience leading backoffice engineering teams for global project execution across ECS, PMS, SAS, BESS, GH2.
  • •Experience leading technical teams/people management is mandatory.
  • •Electrical domain knowledge including load-shedding/sharing and active/reactive power control principles.
