Job Summary

Serve as a Sr. Business Analyst for TMSIS, supporting successful implementation and adoption of large Medicaid healthcare system enhancements. Work with a team to deliver business analysis and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS). Participate in design/development/implementation, coordinate test case creation and execution, document results and deviations, and collaborate across project areas using subject matter expertise.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in the design, development, and implementation (DDI) of project initiatives.
•Own User Acceptance Testing to confirm the system functions as designed per requirements.
•Assist in leading implementation and associated changes within the business area.
•Coordinate test case creation, test execution, and test resources; help ensure technical and functional acceptance.
•Document test execution/results and communicate deviations with developers; attend/lead project sessions and prepare agendas/minutes when required.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of additional relevant Business Analysis experience in the TMSIS Business area.
•Minimum 6 years of Business Analyst experience, including at least 3 years on TMSIS.
•2 years of health care experience with UAT, including regression and system integration testing.
•Ability to apply industry best practices and future-state/federal mandates for TMSIS.
•Experience in business analysis and testing for TMSIS.
