Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions, ensuring a superior offboarding experience.
  • •Provide guidance on HR matters including termination, resignation, transfers, employment contracts, and redundancy processes while ensuring legal compliance.
  • •Lead and facilitate meetings with clients and external employees for separation consultations, hearings, and negotiations, helping achieve positive outcomes.
  • •Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supplementary documents with strict privacy and confidentiality, maintaining accurate employee records.
  • •Process offboarding in Remote’s internal HRIS platform and coordinate stakeholders (e.g., Customer Success, Legal, Payroll, Benefits) for compliance, follow-up, and continuous process improvements.

Key Requirements
