HR Business Partner (GTM Teams - EMEA / JAPAC) (F/M)

Partner with leaders (VPs and Directors) to align people strategy with business ambitions across EMEA and JAPAC GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, CS). Drive organization design, retention and employee experience through a “Stay Strategy”, and lead performance cycles, succession planning, and DEIB programs. Act as a change-management bridge between HQ and regional offices using employee voice to uncover and address turnover drivers.
