Job Summary

Join the Allianz Cyber Defense Center’s Cloud Defense team and help secure AWS, Azure, and GCP workloads and SaaS platforms. You’ll investigate cloud security findings, remediate posture and identity risks, respond to active detections, and improve SIEM detections and SOAR automations. Working hands-on with engineering and platform teams, you’ll implement cloud security guardrails and support shift-left practices through IaC and CI/CD pipelines in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze and investigate cloud security findings across AWS, Azure, and GCP, prioritizing by risk and business impact.
•Manage and remediate cloud security posture issues including misconfigurations, identity risks, and exposure scenarios.
•Handle and respond to active threat detections by correlating signals across multiple data sources.
•Monitor and improve SaaS security posture, identifying risks such as identity drift and third-party access issues.
•Develop detection use cases in SIEM and contribute to SOAR automation workflows, collaborating on security guardrails and shift-left initiatives via IaC and CI/CD.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience securing cloud environments across AWS, Azure and/or GCP, including IAM, networking, and workload protection.
•Strong understanding of cloud threat detection and attacker techniques such as credential abuse, lateral movement, and misconfiguration exploitation.
•Experience with CNAPP/CSPM platforms such as Wiz, Prisma Cloud, or Lacework (or similar).
•Proven ability to manage security incidents end-to-end, from investigation to containment and reporting.
•Experience designing or working with event-driven detection and SIEM/SOAR environments, with familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and IaC/CI/CD practices.
