Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess the design and operations of first-line control activities and recommend control enhancements as needed.
  • •Engage with business and risk partners to design effective controls and support regulatory and internal policy requirements.
  • •Identify and assist with remediation of control gaps, and validate the effectiveness of remediation efforts from audits and regulatory exams.
  • •Perform quality reviews and assessments on control testing results, including reporting on control suite effectiveness and issue remediation status.
  • •Collaborate on root-cause analysis for ineffective control results and support control design updates within systems of record.

Salary: USD 87,700 - 110,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 1 year of experience in Control Testing or Risk Management.
  • •At least 1 year of Financial Services, Audit, or Risk Management experience.
  • •At least 1 year of experience supporting, partnering, and interacting with internal business clients.
  • •2+ years of experience in Controls Testing or Risk Management.
  • •2+ years of experience in Project or Process Management.
