Job Summary

Lead a growth-focused product management function, owning onboarding, retention, and engagement strategy end-to-end. Drive a measurable, PLG-driven roadmap by coordinating across Product, Lifecycle Marketing, PMM, Data, and Engineering; coach a small PM team and partner with Data to uncover friction points and behavioural insights, delivering experiments that optimize activation, adoption and long-term retention.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and evolve our product led growth strategy across onboarding, retention, and engagement
•Define and drive a measurable roadmap focused on activation, user adoption, and long term retention
•Align stakeholders across Product, Lifecycle Marketing, PMM, Data, and Engineering
•Lead and coach 1 to 2 Product Managers working across growth initiatives
•Partner with Data teams to identify friction points, opportunities, and key behavioural insights

Key Requirements

•Strong PLG experience across the full product lifecycle, from discovery through optimisation
•Clear track record of improving onboarding, activation, engagement, or retention through product initiatives
•Hands on experience running A/B tests and analysing experiment outcomes
•High data fluency with the ability to use metrics and insights to inform decision making
•Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex problems for different audiences
