Job Summary

Support and maintain COTS healthcare applications by handling L2/L3 incidents, performing root-cause analysis, and ensuring timely SLA restoration. Key Responsibilities

•Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications, ensuring timely restoration of services and adherence to SLAs.
•Proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs; perform maintenance, patch validation, and upgrades with vendors and internal teams.
•Assess, implement, and validate application changes through controlled release processes, including impact analysis and rollback planning.
•Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors for issue resolution, enhancements, and escalations for regulated healthcare workflows.
•Maintain knowledge articles, runbooks, and audit documentation; ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA), security standards, and data privacy requirements.

Key Requirements

•Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications, including root cause analysis for recurring issues.
•Proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs, and perform maintenance, patch validation, and upgrades in coordination with vendors and internal teams.
•Assess, implement, and validate application changes (configurations, patches, upgrades) through controlled release processes, including impact analysis and rollback planning.
•Maintain knowledge articles, runbooks, and audit documentation while ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and security standards (e.g., HIPAA) and data privacy requirements.
•Experience supporting business management/PMP-PPM processes, configuring dashboards and KPIs, and working with systems such as AvaSure, AchieveIt, and Adobe Admin Console.
