Financial Reporting Analyst

Support U.S. Bank Global Fund Services’ Fund Administration team by preparing and reviewing financial statement filings and related reporting packages. Ensure SEC, GAAP, and regulatory compliance, maintain internal controls over financial reporting, and coordinate audit processes with external auditors. Monitor changes in accounting standards, produce ad hoc financial reports and analysis for stakeholders, and provide training and technical guidance to new staff on regulatory and procedural updates.
