Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end project management for People Team initiatives, including annual engagement surveys, monthly pulse checks, and performance review cycles.
  • •Partner with key stakeholders to drive execution of HR/talent programs.
  • •Collaborate with People Analytics to evaluate program efficacy using employee feedback and survey metrics for continuous improvement.
  • •Design and execute communications strategies with the Chief People Officer and People leadership to ensure alignment and reduce communication fatigue.
  • •Maintain the Atlas Manager Hub with SOPs, toolkits, and leadership resources, and support manager programs alongside L&D.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • •5+ years of progressive HR experience focused on project/program management or as an HR Business Partner.
  • •Ability to translate initiative and business strategy into audience- and data-driven people and communications programs and tactics.
  • •Strong project management skills, including milestone definition, proactive stakeholder guidance, and metrics tracking.
  • •Strong writing and storytelling skills to translate complex concepts for broad audiences.
