Claims Handler

Handle property insurance claims as the first point of contact for clients, working within the Davies Property team in Stoke. Liaise with customers, insurers, suppliers, and colleagues nationwide; analyze policies to determine coverage; and manage the end-to-end claims process, including setting up new claims, appointing contractors, issuing payments, and arranging settlements. Keep policyholders informed through clear correspondence while ensuring contractual and regulatory compliance.
