Key Responsibilities

  • •Run the weekly capacity planning cycle for Boards & Systems, including forecast ingestion and planning output preparation.
  • •Consolidate and validate core planning inputs (18-month forecasts, NPI consumption, SKU mappings, CM commits, yield data) across enterprise applications like Anaplan.
  • •Analyze capacity requirements vs. availability, identify bottlenecks, and conduct scenario analysis using data models for risk mitigation.
  • •Lead capital investment decisions tied to capacity requirements, rationalize forecast changes, and optimize volume loading across contract manufacturers.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional workflows across supply planning, business units, contract manufacturers, production planning, purchasing, manufacturing/test engineering, finance, and NPI, including IT integration of planning models and standardized pipelines.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in capacity planning, supply planning, or high-tech manufacturing operations with weekly execution and multi-quarter forecasting.
  • •Experience in semiconductor, high-tech electronics, or server infrastructure manufacturing environments.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing Management, Supply Chain, or equivalent technical experience.
  • •Strong proficiency managing complex data using Excel, Anaplan, and enterprise tools.
  • •Ability to translate operational constraints into structured, data-driven solutions and influence cross-functional, matrixed teams globally.
