Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze, design, develop, and implement IT solutions to meet business requirements.
  • •Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing, and support system implementation.
  • •Ensure deliverables meet HSBC standards and best practices, including compliance with audit policies.
  • •Reduce technical risk/debt in solution proposals, system design, and implementation.
  • •Provide technical/domain consultancy and knowledge transfer for eChannels and to improve team productivity.

Key Requirements

  • •University graduate with a degree in computer science or a related discipline.
  • •At least 8 years of technical experience with Java, J2EE, Spring, SQL, WAS, and MQ.
  • •Good understanding and experience on SDLC, Agile, and DevOps.
  • •Fluent English speaking skills and professional business writing.
  • •Banking IT experience is an advantage (including commercial bank knowledge such as HSBCnet).
