Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the structural design for complex industrial projects; mentor junior engineers and designers; advise clients and project teams as subject matter expert.
•Coordinate with owners, other disciplines, sub-consultants, and clients to develop construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates, including safety and phasing plans.
•Lead cross-functional teams to execute project work across multiple concurrent projects, managing budgets, hours, expenses, and compliance documentation.
•Coordinate, review, and approve building and infrastructure design plans to ensure data integrity and regulatory/code compliance.
•Prepare technical reports, data visualizations, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations for structural, environmental, design, and construction issues.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering; closely related discipline.
•7 to 10 years of relevant post-education experience in engineering and prior structural or civil design experience.
•Engineer license required.
•Proficient with structural engineering principles, practices, process, design/build, and application to project work-related issues.
•Knowledge of infrastructure planning, design, and construction management; involvement in rehabilitation, new design, and construction projects.
