Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the structural design for complex industrial projects; mentor junior engineers and designers; advise clients and project teams as subject matter expert.
  • •Coordinate with owners, other disciplines, sub-consultants, and clients to develop construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates, including safety and phasing plans.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams to execute project work across multiple concurrent projects, managing budgets, hours, expenses, and compliance documentation.
  • •Coordinate, review, and approve building and infrastructure design plans to ensure data integrity and regulatory/code compliance.
  • •Prepare technical reports, data visualizations, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations for structural, environmental, design, and construction issues.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering; closely related discipline.
  • •7 to 10 years of relevant post-education experience in engineering and prior structural or civil design experience.
  • •Engineer license required.
  • •Proficient with structural engineering principles, practices, process, design/build, and application to project work-related issues.
  • •Knowledge of infrastructure planning, design, and construction management; involvement in rehabilitation, new design, and construction projects.
