Key Responsibilities

  • •Diagnose, repair, perform preventive maintenance, calibrate, and inspect down-hole tool electronics and other equipment used in down-hole tools.
  • •Coordinate maintenance, repair, and calibration activities for LWD down-hole tool electronics and surface equipment.
  • •Promote service excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • •Provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced repair and maintenance personnel, and train tool technicians.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical school certificate or equivalent and at least three years of relevant equipment repair and maintenance experience.
  • •Experience with diagnosing, repairing, performing preventive maintenance, calibration, and inspections on down-hole tool electronics and related equipment.
  • •Ability to coordinate maintenance, repair, and calibration activities for LWD down-hole tool electronics and surface equipment.
  • •Mechanical/electronics aptitude and computer skills, including assembly/disassembly of MWD and/or LWD down-hole tools.
  • •Associate degree or higher preferred.
