Job Summary

Check insurer and system records, perform calculations, and support technical accounting activities including bookings, invoicing, cash receipts/payments, reconciliations, cash book management, and insurance contract management. Prepare reporting, follow procedures, and act as a SME to resolve process issues. Participate in process-improvement and transition projects, train new joiners, and recommend tooling/documentation and process improvements while meeting SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

•Verify insurer information against system records.
•Perform calculations using system data and support technical accounting activities (bookings, invoicing, cash receipts/payments, recon/collection).
•Manage cash book activities including matching and allocation, and support revenue sharing and insurance contract management.
•Prepare reporting and follow procedures and guides for the assigned scope.
•Serve as a SME by resolving issues, improving processes/tools/documentation, supporting transition projects, training new joiners, and ensuring SLAs are met.

Key Requirements

•1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting.
•Strong Excel skills.
•Strong analytical skills with a focus on technical accounting rules and researching accounting issues.
•Ability to analyze data for accuracy.
•Ability to handle high volumes of transactions with accuracy and integrity; communicate effectively in written and verbal form.
