  • •Provide daily operational support to the Phlebotomy Solutions team and proactively address issues impacting performance.
  • •Supervise, mentor, and develop phlebotomists across designated locations, including recruitment, onboarding, and training.
  • •Ensure compliance with specimen handling protocols and EMR documentation standards.
  • •Oversee supply chain needs (ordering and tracking supplies) and collaborate cross-functionally with Field Sales, Clinical Operations, and Compliance to resolve issues.
