Job Summary

Lead Glovo On-Demand growth in Georgia by owning the commercial strategy, GTM, and partner expansion. Define pricing and sales pitch, manage partner upsell and consultative negotiations, and pursue new opportunities beyond the existing marketplace. You’ll run PnL, coordinate operational and financial profitability, manage a small team, and partner with On-Demand HQ to improve the product based on on-the-ground feedback.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the On-Demand business growth in Georgia, defining the GTM strategy (pricing, pitch, Ops SLAs) and commercial plan.
•Upsell On-Demand to existing Glovo partners by building pipeline, running consultative sales, and leading proposals and contract negotiations.
•Explore new growth opportunities using Glovo capabilities, including engaging partners not currently in Glovo’s marketplace.
•Manage PnL, including pricing strategy, implementation costs, operational profitability, and recurrent sales.
•Manage a small commercial team (1 to 3 people) and coordinate with On-Demand HQ in Barcelona to share feedback for product improvements.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3+ years’ experience in GTM, general management, account management, business consultancy, e-commerce, tech, or related fields.
•Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a data-driven, analytical approach.
•Strong project management capability with proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented execution.
•Customer-oriented mindset with strong commercial skills and consultative sales experience.
•Fluency in Georgian and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
