Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor to AEC clients and AECOM project teams, modernizing data and project workflows across the full lifecycle. Lead digital solution adoption for civil/site engineering work, including advanced Autodesk Civil 3D modeling, LiDAR/DEM surface creation, and 3D federated model development using Autodesk and Bentley tools. Manage coordinate systems and data transformations, deliver client consulting for digital delivery platforms, and provide BIM/CAD standards, QA/QC, training, and proposal support.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop advanced Autodesk Civil 3D models and produce civil/site design for roads, drainage, land development, utilities, and stabilization/restoration projects.
•Perform earthwork calculations, surface modeling, and QTOs using LiDAR, DEMs, survey data, and breaklines.
•Create and manage 3D federated models using Autodesk and Bentley tools, including clash detection and ensuring LOD/COBie compliance.
•Develop and enforce BIM/CAD standards, conduct QA/QC reviews, and provide training and workflow guidance across Autodesk and Bentley platforms.
•Support client consulting, workflow analysis, and adoption of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Bentley iTwin, including digital integrations and documentation for proposals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or eight (8) years in the AEC industry with BIM, VDC, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
•Twelve (12) years of experience preferred.
•Proficiency with industry-standard design and construction software including MicroStation, OpenRoads, Civil 3D, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) plus related tools.
•Understanding of digital delivery workflows for infrastructure or building projects.
•Professional Engineer or Architect license preferred, with strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
