Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in company-wide initiatives to identify risks and perform risk analysis and root-cause analysis.
  • •Recommend and develop analysis tools and templates to improve efficiency and effectiveness in processes, approvals, and policies.
  • •Provide research, analysis, and management reporting insights based on effectiveness, efficiency, experience, and system feasibility.
  • •Work in cross-functional teams to conduct root-cause analysis and establish action plans to improve the control environment.
  • •Stay up to date with best practices and support the team’s continuous growth.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • •Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Exceptional English communication skills to support the APAC market.
  • •Strong professional ethics and a dedicated, results-oriented work attitude.
  • •3+ years of experience in audit, internal control, and compliance in the IDC field (preferred).
