Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform production planning based on the master plan from rolling forecasts and customer orders.
  • •Track daily production control, manage production priority, and meet customer OTD and monthly production targets.
  • •Coordinate with cross-functional teams and conduct VSM planning flow to optimize production planning and improve production quality.
  • •Ensure planning parameters are accurate for scheduling (tooling capacity, shop floor manpower, machine availability, working days).
  • •Maintain healthy open work orders, react to demand changes, manage WIP transfers to sub-contractors, and escalate risks affecting key indicators.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • •1–3 years of experience in planning with proven performance in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • •Skill in IT tools, especially MS Office (Excel).
