Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, assign, and monitor work orders; track service intervals; order parts; and diagnose equipment issues using data from many makes and models.
  • •Practice safe job practices while repairing Pump, Power & HVAC equipment.
  • •Troubleshoot failures in the shop and on customer locations, perform repairs, and handle preventive maintenance and repairs when traveling to job sites is required.
  • •Set up and operate equipment at the shop and on customer sites, working individually or with other technicians as needed.
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation and assist with pick-up/delivery of equipment & parts.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Experience working on power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment, including inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
  • •Ability to calculate nominal/effective tonnage and/or kW requirements and read/understand schematics.
  • •Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; high school diploma and trade school certificate preferred.
