Underwriting Specialist OR Executive Underwriter - Middle Market (Maitland, FL, US)

Serve as a market-facing Property & Casualty underwriter for Middle Market customers, acting as a customer advocate to improve experience. Build and maintain broker and customer relationships, assess risk, exposure, and pricing, and grow a profitable new and renewal book. Collaborate with claims, finance, risk engineering, actuary, and technical underwriting teams, while using technical and negotiation skills to develop preferred distribution partners in an assigned territory.
