Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct supplier assessments to evaluate capabilities for complex products, processes, and systems, including readiness of manufacturing facilities.
  • •Lead supplier development and qualification for new products and cost-reduction projects, including risk identification and mitigation and project schedule management.
  • •Maintain and analyze supplier performance scorecards and dashboards to maximize value from purchase orders.
  • •Develop performance improvement plans and manage corrective actions through the Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) process, including root-cause analysis.
  • •Drive continuous improvement using data-driven approaches and collaborate with internal teams and suppliers; contribute to a nuclear supply chain playbook.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • •3–5 years of experience in supplier management, quality assurance, or a similar role.
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, welding, forming, mechanical assembly, NDE, inspection, and testing.
  • •Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills with familiarity with metrics and KPIs.
  • •Ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications.
