Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and manage open MRB nonconformances, maintaining visibility of aging, stagnant, priority, and production-impacting items
  • •Lead recurring MRB meetings to review status, determine next actions, and establish ownership
  • •Drive nonconformances toward timely disposition and closure by following up with responsible action owners and removing blockers
  • •Route and verify MRB records and supplier documentation are complete and ready for review, including affected part/lot info and supporting attachments
  • •Track MRB action items and due dates, escalate items impacting production schedules, and coordinate containment, status, and approved dispositions

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Receiving Inspection, Quality Manufacturing, or a related aerospace/manufacturing environment
  • •Working knowledge of AS9100 and control of nonconforming material
  • •Experience with ERP, QMS, MES, or electronic nonconformance management systems
  • •Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance requiring US Citizenship (interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance post-start required)
  • •High School Diploma or equivalent
