Job Summary

Drive manufacturing process performance in a high-volume 300mm wafer fab focused on Analog technologies. You’ll perform lot and equipment dispositions, identify and communicate systematic process or equipment problems, and support manufacturing ramp through equipment/process startup and process experiments. The role also includes participating in data analysis and problem resolution to minimize cycle time and improve continuous flow production.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform lot and equipment dispositions to support continuous flow production and minimize cycle time in a high volume 300mm wafer fab running Analog technologies.
•Identify systematic problems in process or equipment and communicate findings continuously to the engineering staff.
•Support manufacturing ramp through equipment/process startup and process experiments (SWRs).
•Participate in data analysis and problem resolution.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
•Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control, and process release strategies.
•Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively across different functions.
