Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer service using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Assist in store departments including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Support daily retail operations such as POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty promotions, and cleanliness standards.
  • •Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators using sales-driven techniques.
  • •Follow Crocs’ Asset Protection policies and procedures for shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Be 16 years or older.
  • •2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in the sports and footwear industry.
  • •Flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with regular attendance.
