Key Responsibilities

  • •Model and coach to deliver the ultimate consumer experience across customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
  • •Suggest looks based on consumer needs and align with Levi’s service approach and current promotions.
  • •Promote the Levi’s omni experience by engaging consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
  • •Resolve consumer concerns according to company policy and collaborate with store management on elevated issues.
  • •Handle cash and merchandise operations including shipment processing, floor set, markdown, replenishment, and follow store procedures in compliance with policy.
