•Serve as a Senior Manager on the store leadership team, providing strategic leadership across Service Operations functions.
•Directly and indirectly lead multiple managers and a frontline workforce, covering staffing, performance management, development plans, succession planning, and engagement tools.
•Oversee operational execution using key performance metrics (KPMs), production capacity, quality, cycle time, and cost controls to drive continuous improvement.
•Maintain full financial accountability, including P&L ownership, expense management, labor optimization, and productivity targets.
•Champion process improvement initiatives and ensure Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) program execution, including self-inspections and hazardous waste disposal.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 115,200 - 201,700 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of management experience, with retail management preferred.
•Ability to interpret and maintain accurate data records.

•Ability to work flexible rotating schedules (including nights, weekends, holidays, and 12-hour shifts) and work at multiple locations or relocate.
