Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and manage expectations for DevOps solutions.
  • •Assess existing DevOps processes/tools and recommend improvements; design and implement best-fit DevOps solutions.
  • •Drive selection and implementation of DevOps tools and lead DevOps design sessions, documenting best practices and governance frameworks.
  • •Provide oversight and governance for Salesforce projects, ensuring successful continuous delivery deployments across environments.
  • •Support pre-sales activities including discovery sessions, technical deep dives, and PoC development; collaborate with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of CRM experience with at least 8 years on the Salesforce platform.
  • •Expert knowledge of the Salesforce product suite (Sales, Service, Experience, Industries/Vlocity, Data Cloud).
  • •Strong understanding of environment/release management, version control best practices, and deployment methodologies.
  • •Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems, including Git branching strategies (e.g., Git Flow, trunk-based).
  • •Hands-on Salesforce Development Lifecycle skills (Metadata API, SFDX, Salesforce CLI, Apex, SOQL, LWC) and CI/CD security integration; bachelor’s degree or equivalent and Salesforce certifications (active or obtain upon hire).
