Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end program management for large-scale or high-complexity Enterprise Technology & AI initiatives, including scope, roadmap, resource planning, and delivery tracking.
  • •Define and communicate success metrics, reporting program status and risks regularly and escalating issues with recommended next steps.
  • •Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand underlying problems, outcomes, and solution trade-offs.
  • •Facilitate cross-functional alignment by resolving dependencies, driving decisions, and maintaining momentum across distributed teams.
  • •Improve program governance, intake processes, and ways of working across the CIO org, translating technical and business requirements into clear work plans.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of program management experience delivering large, cross-functional Enterprise Technology & AI programs.
  • •Ability to simplify complex processes and build structured approaches to ambiguous problems.
  • •Experience influencing without authority and driving alignment across functions including Finance, Legal, Sales, and Product.
  • •Comfort operating at both strategic and detailed levels, balancing executive communication with hands-on execution.
  • •Familiarity with enterprise IT domains (e.g., business systems, data, AI, security, infrastructure, or enterprise architecture) and program management tools/methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SAFe); PMP/CSM is a plus.
