Job Summary

UK Corporate Tax Associate responsible for day-to-day UK corporation tax compliance (CT600), supporting the group’s tax governance framework within a Global Tax Team. You will partner with Finance, Legal, and the business to deliver accurate filings and practical advice, with scope for advisory work, cross-border transactions, and exposure to R&D incentives in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare information and review UK corporation tax computations and returns (CT600), managing the compliance calendar and deadlines (including QIPs).
•Support the tax accounting cycle—current and deferred tax provisions and disclosures under IFRS and/or US GAAP.
•Identify risks and opportunities (capital allowances, R&D, loss utilisation, group relief, corporate interest restriction) and translate technical positions into clear guidance for non-specialists.
•Support tax governance and risk: SAO, CCO procedures, the HMRC relationship (BRR+), and the published tax strategy.
•Provide day-to-day advisory on UK matters—withholding taxes, interest deductibility (CIR), transfer pricing inputs, and cross-border transactions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in UK corporate tax, in practice or in-house.

•Strong Excel skills.
•Excellent written and verbal communication in English (our company language).
