Job Summary

Lead the development, execution, and scaling of Visa Europe’s insurance product and technology strategy. Own the insurance product roadmap and platform capabilities, including claims and servicing infrastructure, and define the long-term differentiation agenda. Drive cross-functional delivery with Product, Technology, Legal, Risk, Operations, and external partners to deploy new capabilities across Europe. Leverage digital servicing, data, and emerging technologies to strengthen competitive positioning.

Key Responsibilities

•Own Visa Europe’s insurance product roadmap and drive evolution of card-linked insurance propositions and future offerings.
•Own Visa’s insurance technology roadmap and platform strategy, including claims, servicing, and administration capabilities.
•Define future-state architecture and integration requirements with insurers, brokers, TPAs, and strategic partners; ensure scalability, automation, and operational efficiency.
•Lead cross-functional delivery of insurance product and platform initiatives, managing milestones, budgets, dependencies, and implementation risks.
•Define and execute Visa’s long-term insurance differentiation strategy; identify and evaluate opportunities including insurtech partnerships and emerging technologies.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 5+ with an Advanced Degree such as a Master’s/MBA/JD/MD; or 2 years with a PhD).
•Experience in product development and management in financial or fintech industries.
•Experience in roles such as product manager, product owner, business process analyst, or sales operations.
•Experience applying Agile principles across design, development, testing, and product management.
•Experience developing software capabilities for sales, service, or customer relationship management and managing project execution against tight deadlines.
