Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and operate BMS platforms, adjusting parameters and controls to maintain efficient HVAC, lighting, electrical, and plumbing operation.
  • •Monitor alarms and system events, respond to abnormalities, and perform routine inspections of field devices and equipment.
  • •Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair BMS controllers, sensors, actuators, and networking devices to restore performance.
  • •Support testing, commissioning, and modifications of BMS systems and related building services, including emergency maintenance and service requests.
  • •Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards, maintain documentation, and recommend improvements based on recurring issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Electro-Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •1-4 years of experience in Facilities Management, Building Maintenance, or BMS Operations.
  • •Experience with HVAC systems, electrical controls, motors, fire alarm systems, and building automation systems.
  • •Strong knowledge of BMS operations and preventive/corrective maintenance practices.
  • •Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and control diagrams.
