Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform physical and visual inspections of products and plant systems, document and calculate results, and take corrective action when necessary.
  • •Ensure personal and food safety via record-keeping, reviewing pre-op paperwork, and supporting HACCP/SQF food safety protocols.
  • •Support OEE calculation by gathering and entering data and creating/maintaining Performance Boards.
  • •Take inventories, monitor inspection lots, and support employees and supervisors in the system.
  • •Provide operations workflow through design of workflows and procedures and act as liaison between plant leadership and the workforce.
