Senior Operations Administrator (3rd Shift) – New London Prepared Plant

Manage operations workflow at the prepared foods plant by performing product and systems inspections, documenting results, and driving corrective actions. Support food safety practices through record-keeping and HACCP/SQF-aligned paperwork. Help calculate OEE by gathering and entering data and maintaining performance boards, while handling inventories and inspection lot monitoring. Serve as a liaison between plant leadership and the workforce to communicate programs and operational results.
