Process Owner

Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations for an assigned area and shift as part of plant leadership. Drive productivity, efficiency, customer service, cost, quality, safety, and employee engagement through direct reports and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and promote safety programs, support strong employee and labor relations, and collaborate on cross-functional initiatives. Ensure effective staffing and performance while being flexible to work all shifts.
