Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the People and Culture strategy for Level Shoes globally, ensuring leadership, capability, structure, and culture to deliver growth and diversification ambitions.
  • •Partner with the CEO and Level leadership on people, organisation, and culture decisions, translating commercial strategy into people strategy with priorities and measures.
  • •Build workforce planning and talent/succession agendas, including hiring senior and business-critical roles with talent acquisition and executive search.
  • •Lead performance management and reward partnering for the division, including goal alignment, calibration, consequences, and externally competitive/consistent incentives.
  • •Drive organisation design and effectiveness and lead people-side change for expansion, private label growth, omnichannel/digital transformation, systems implementations, and restructuring.

Key Requirements

  • •12–15 years in HR, with substantial experience as a senior business partner to executive leadership.
  • •Experience in retail, fashion, and luxury, including solid understanding of a multi-brand environment.
  • •In-depth understanding of ecommerce functions; omnichannel/digital experience is required.
  • •Proven track record in organisation design, workforce planning, and leading change through periods of rapid growth.
  • •Degree in HR, Business, or related field; Masters’ degree and CIPD (or equivalent) are a plus.
