Key Responsibilities

  • •Map the existing landscape of telemetry, configs, and support history to understand data needs for a diagnostic reasoning record.
  • •Ship a working v1 of the annotation interface within 60 days to allow network engineers to log diagnostic reasoning against historical incidents.
  • •Enable network engineers to generate training data independently by the 90-day milestone and build a pipeline to support model benchmarking.
  • •Collaborate with ML researchers to define data requirements and validation criteria for training data.
  • •Contribute to end-to-end backend architecture decisions that scale with thousands of customers and autonomous networks.
