Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day operations with contract manufacturers to meet production schedules and delivery commitments, serving as the primary planning interface between OEM and CMs.
  • •Own and maintain material clear-to-build (CTB) status, ensuring BOM/AVL/alternate parts and ECO/ECN revisions are approved and released before build start.
  • •Coordinate demand/supply alignment, including material planning, production loading, and capacity planning; monitor progress and address delays or supply constraints.
  • •Optimize inventory levels (raw materials, WIP, finished goods), ensure accurate reporting, and coordinate logistics and shipment schedules.
  • •Identify supply chain risks, develop mitigation/contingency plans, and drive material recovery to minimize line stoppages; prepare dashboards and management updates.

Salary: MYR 175,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5–8 years of experience in planning, supply chain, operations, or manufacturing.
  • •Proven experience managing contract manufacturers in an OEM environment.
  • •Experience in electronics, semiconductor, or high-mix manufacturing.
  • •Strong knowledge of supply chain planning and execution processes and contract manufacturing/OEM–CM dynamics.
