Key Responsibilities

  • •Play the role of a Scrum Master for the Software Solutions team and ensure adherence to internal processes while removing roadblocks that impede progress.
  • •Foster collaboration across the Scrum team and dependencies to certify plans are followed and achievable.
  • •Ensure daily standups are effective and escalate issues for rapid resolution.
  • •Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • •Track Agile metrics (velocity, sprint burndown, cycle time, team capacity) and present status reports to management and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •STEM degree with 5+ years of relevant experience (or advanced degree with 3+ years)
  • •Strong English communication (verbal and written) across all organizational levels
  • •U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract
  • •3+ years in a Scrum Master role with strong Scrum/Agile/Lean knowledge
  • •Experience with Python programming, DevOps, and DO-178C (preferred)
