Key Responsibilities

•Play the role of a Scrum Master for the Software Solutions team and ensure adherence to internal processes while removing roadblocks that impede progress.
•Foster collaboration across the Scrum team and dependencies to certify plans are followed and achievable.
•Ensure daily standups are effective and escalate issues for rapid resolution.
•Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
•Track Agile metrics (velocity, sprint burndown, cycle time, team capacity) and present status reports to management and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•STEM degree with 5+ years of relevant experience (or advanced degree with 3+ years)
•Strong English communication (verbal and written) across all organizational levels
•U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract
•3+ years in a Scrum Master role with strong Scrum/Agile/Lean knowledge
•Experience with Python programming, DevOps, and DO-178C (preferred)
