Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble switchboards/panelboards by selecting and installing components/devices according to drawings, diagrams, blueprints, and instructions.
  • •Follow safety and operational expectations, including proper PPE use and performing 5S duties.
  • •Maintain quality by reviewing documents, using switchboard quality verification checklists, and performing visual inspections before and after assembly.
  • •Use hand tools to accurately install and label components, proactively identifying missing parts and troubleshooting errors.
  • •Track job progress in your assignment area and communicate problem areas, part shortages, and complete special assignments/projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience using measuring devices (e.g., tape measure and calipers) and assembling using drawings or diagrams.
